How do quote requests reach me?
By email, as each one comes in, with the name, phone number, suburb and job. You contact the homeowner directly.
Does anyone else get the same request?
No. Each request from your town's page goes to one heat pump installer only, and we don't sell it on.
How many requests will I get?
It depends on the town and the season, so we can’t promise a number. Winter is busiest. Ask and we’ll tell you how many visits your town page gets.
Can I cancel?
Yes. It’s billed monthly and you can stop at the end of any month.
Does paying change my rating or reviews?
No. Ratings and review counts come from Google and stay as they are. Paid spots are always labelled.
