Thermo Tech Limited – Commercial Air Conditioning

Thermo Tech has operated in the Auckland market since 1992 and is now run by the second generation of the family that owns it. The company works in commercial refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation and humidity control, and it also lists heat pumps among its solutions. It designs, supplies and installs equipment, then maintains it through programmes aimed at preventing nuisance breakdowns. Breakdowns are prioritised by customer feedback, and a technician is sent to urgent failures within minutes. Its promise to clients is a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and it aims for long term relationships rather than one-off jobs. The business is aimed at commercial customers, from small kitchen equipment to production and large storage facilities. Rated 4.8 from 24 Google reviews, 22 of them five stars.
