Hickson Heatpumps

Hickson Heatpumps is an Ōtaki business that sells, services and installs heat pumps across the Kāpiti Coast, Wellington and the Hutt Valley, with over 30 years of experience. It works mostly with Toshiba and Panasonic units and also deals with Fujitsu, Mitsubishi Electric and Daikin. It installs and services Smart Vent home ventilation systems too. All its work is guaranteed. The firm is also an electrician, so it can handle the wiring that goes with a new unit. Its guidance compares heat pumps against other heating, noting that they provide instant heat, have a thermostat and timer, and can cool. It also names the drawbacks: they do not work during a power cut and can be noisy at full power. Rated 5.0 from 8 Google reviews, all five stars.
