Goodstar Property Management

Goodstar Property Management is an Auckland wide rental property manager for landlords and tenants, handling tenant screening, rent, inspections, Healthy Homes compliance and maintenance. It also acts as a single point of contact for property maintenance and renovations, working with partners in plumbing and gas fitting, electrical work, handyman services, cleaning and gardens. For rentals that need to meet heating and insulation standards it can arrange heat pump installation and maintenance, with partners visiting the property to make an assessment, and insulation is on the same list of services. Landlords can get a maintenance plan for a rental to avoid expensive repairs later, and renovation work is discussed against goals so improvements add value. The government minimum standards for ceiling and underfloor insulation apply to all rentals, and the service helps landlords meet them. Rated 4.8 from 50 Google reviews, 48 of them five stars.
